The SIB Keyword Winner Plugin Review

Keyword Winner

Keyword Winner. If you’re a blogger, you’ve seen this plugin on all of the top internet marketers and A-list blogger’s websites. But, if you’ve been under a rock the past few weeks, you may not have heard of the latest and greatest product by Australian internet marketer Dan Lew.

Dan has crafted a plugin that seems to solve a common problem for a lot of bloggers- how to find highly targeted, low competition keywords without leaving WordPress.

What is Keyword Winner?

It’s a premium WordPress plugin for search engine optimization (SEO) that minimizes the guesswork when you want to optimize your blog posts for SEO.  Keyword Winner helps you find low competition keywords for your blog posts.  The lower the competition, the better chance that your blog posts will rank higher in Google and the other search engines.

Everybody wants their posts to be on the first page of Google. This plugin helps you do that.

What Seperates Keyword Winner from other Keyword Tools?

Simplicity.  Plain and direct.  Keyword Winner is not a standalone keyword tool like the Google Keyword Tool or others like it.  It is basically the Google Keyword Tool IN your WordPress blog.  It doesn’t get more simple than that.

After installing Keyword Winner, you’ll notice a slight change to your “Add New Post” screen.  In the top right corner, you will see a breakdown of 3 categories of current month, competition pages and monthly trends.  These are the same categories you will notice in other keyword tools to give you information regarding the keyword you’re searching for.

For a quick  example, let’s say we wanted to start a niche blog for “cat leashes”.  Type in “cat leash” in your post title as you normally would and click “get suggestions”.  When searching for a particular keyword(s), you will be given a list of color coded choices with the completed search:

Red: Stay away from this keyword! If it’s red, this keyword is highly competitive and would be difficult to rank well within Google.

Yellow: Yellow means there is medium competition for the keyword. With a lot of work, you have a 50/50 chance of ranking well for this keyword.

Green: BINGO! This is a great keyword that has low competition.  You should be able to rank for this keyword with little effort.

The Final Verdict

If you’re like me and write most of your posts in WordPress, this plugin is for you.  I wish I could get more technical about the plugin, but there really is no need.  Dan couldn’t have made it any easier to do keyword research directly in WordPress without the hassle of jumping in and out of WordPress to get the perfect, low competition blog post title.  Keyword Winner is the plugin you’re looking if you want to find great, low competition keywords fast with no hassle.
