Triberr.com. If you’ve been on Twitter recently, you’ve probably seen the “tribr.it” short link on Twitter. Triberr is an invite-only network that groups you with other bloggers. This group, or “tribe”, automatically publishes your new blog posts. Big deal, huh? Yes, it is a big deal and that’s what makes this awesome.
Triberr is the type of start-up that should have venture capitalists salivating and ready to throw money at founders Dino Dogan and Dan Cristo. The possibility of it becoming the next Twitter or Foursquare is pretty high. I love the concept because it multiplies your blogs reach exponentially. And who doesn’t want more people reading their blog posts, huh?
Smaller lesser known bloggers should really be able to take advantage of this. I’ve been using Triberr for a couple of weeks now. The key to using Triberr is getting those bloggers, who’s blogs you know and trust, in your tribe. Now, getting bigger, A-list bloggers to join your tribe may not be feasible. You would probably want to stick to bloggers who are in your follower range and close to the same niche.

“It’s a social revolution. Smaller bloggers shouldn’t be ignored just because they’re less well known.” -Dan Cristo, co-founder, Triberr
The other added bonus to Triberr is that you can create your own tribes. Up to 3 total. More tribal members, more eyes for your blog to reach. You decide who’s in your tribe. That’s what sold it on me. And if you don’t want to be in someone’s tribe anymore, you can leave with no consequence. But, then, you lose all those potential RTs.
Genius.
I’ve already started seeing some negativity out there regarding Triberr and that’s to be expected. People were negative about Twitter when it first came out, too. They said that Twitter was” dumb” and “a waste of time”. Some probably never did give it a chance, but I believe, the majority came around and saw the value that it had to offer and jumped on the wagon after bashing it.
Triberr is that new bandwagon.
I love the service and can’t believe it’s free. Like Twitter, I think this should be one of those web services that should be paid with different tiers. But, I can’t argue with a great free service.
